Burco has just launched two new grills; the Adjustable Salamander and Light Duty Grill, two ideal solutions for the busy caterer.

Burco's Adjustable Salamander, with its robust stainless steel design and high-quality heavy duty lifting mechanism, is designed to give years of hard work in any commercial kitchen. The even heat distribution and smooth sliding action ensures your food is grilled to perfection with the greatest of ease. Furthermore, the ergonomically designed handle and slide out fat collection tray allow for easy use and cleaning and, a hand guard ensures safe operation.

The Light Duty Grill also ensures even heat distribution for superb cooking results and the ergonomically designed handles ensure even weight distribution. Used on either a counter top or wall mounted with wall brackets (supplied as standard) , this grill features a self supporting cooking grid that pulls out halfway and, cleaning is made effortless by the removable splashguard and slide out fat collection tray. Furthermore, the click lock cooking grid supports can be taken out so that the interior walls of the grill can be easily accessed for cleaning.
