NEWS - Hot new products from Burco this summer 

 Burco has expanded its plug-and-play countertop range with the new Convection Oven and the Induction Hob. Also, Burco now offers a suite of Titan products including a 4 Burner Gas Range, 6 Burner Dual Fuel Range and Gas Salamander.   

Convection Oven  

The new countertop convection oven has an efficient air circulation system which means heat is distributed evenly and the number of cold spots is minimised. As a result, chefs can be sure food is cooked uniformly. It features a cook and hold facility so once the food is cooked to the right temperature it can be kept warm without burning until its ready to be served. It also has a 60 minute timer and a 180 cook and hold timer. An internal light allows chefs to see the progression of cooking easily without having to open the door and therefore affecting the internal temperature.  Its stainless steel housing means it is durable for harsh kitchen environments. It has four shelves and is 1/1 Gastronorm compatible. 

Induction Hob 

The Burco Induction Hob offers instant heat and has auto pan detection whereby the hob only heats up if there is a Dia pan present. This means its energy efficient as the hob is only on when necessary and it cools down once the pan is removed. The Induction Hob has two rings and 10 different heat settings, ranging from 60-220°C on the front ring and 60-240 at the back and its even base temperature means the food heats up evenly. It features a Schott glass surface and electronic touch controls which can be wiped clean with ease.

Titan Range

Following the success of the Titan 6 Burner Range Oven, Burco has launched a full suite of Titan products, including the Titan 4 Burner Gas, the Titan 6 Burner Dual Fuel and the Titan Gas Salamander. The Titan 4 Burner Gas and the Titan 6 Burner Dual Fuel boast powerful 6.1kW hob burners as well as removable oven bases and hobs for ease of cleaning. The 60cm wide Titan 4 Burner Gas offers maximum power with a minimum footprint and its 6.0kW oven burner ensures fast cooking times. The Titan 6 Burner Dual Fuel has a gas hob and electric oven for maximum energy efficiency, enabling users to reduce energy costs. The twin fanned oven provides even temperatures throughout the oven cavity so food is cooked evenly. Its interior is 2/1 Gastronorm compatible. The Titan Gas Salamander offers 6.1kW of power to grill food quickly and efficiently. The 1/1 Gastronorm interior includes a heavy duty aluminium branding plate as standard and adjustable gas control. Burco has even more exciting products to come throughout 2010 so watch this space!
